What will our party planner do for you?

  • Initial consultation to learn ideals and necessary details
  • Budget creation and management
  • Find or assist in finding vendors
  • 160 hours phone, text and in person consultations
  • Attend go-sees of possible vendors
  • Assist in attire selection and fittings as needed
  • Consultations to learn ideas and review details and contracts (at least once
  • per month)
  • Be a contact person for vendors (however, will not be the guarantor of
  • contracts made between the client and vendor (unless a destination event))
  • Organize ceremony and reception coordination and execution
  • Coordinate rehearsals
  • Assist with rehearsal dinner and meet & greets if needed
  • Set up venue(s) if necessary
  • Arrange out of town guest accommodations
  • Arrange out of town group transportation on ceremony day
  • Distribute payments and gratuities (if not paid in advance)
  • Assist with personal preparations the day of the event (Maid in Waiting
  • service)
  • Arrive at least 3 hours to both locations before the first limo leaves to make
  • sure everything is on track.
  • Two planners to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Leave after reception ends

Condensed Full Service (only if contracted 60 days or less)

  • Attend go-sees of possible vendors
  • Assist in attire selection and fittings as needed
  • Be a contact person for vendors (however, will not be the guarantor of
  • contracts made between the client and vendor)
  • Organize ceremony and reception coordination and execution
  • Coordinate rehearsals
  • Assist with rehearsal dinner and meet & greets if needed
  • Set up venue(s) if necessary

  • Contact wedding party if necessary, to confirm rehearsal and meeting times
  • Provide wedding party with a wedding “weekend” itinerary
  • Wedding ceremony and reception coordination and execution
  • Coordinate rehearsal
  • Hostess Service
  • Set up venue(s) if necessary or check in to be assured it is getting set up by
  • who you’re trusting to do so.
  • Act as the contact person at the ceremony and rehearsal
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities (if not paid in advance) at the
  • ceremony and/or reception
  • Assist with personal preparations the day of the event
  • Arrive at least 3 hours to both locations before the first limo leaves to make
  • sure everything is on track.
